End User License Agreement (EULA) for LinguaAI Translation

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and LinguaAI Translation ("Company"), the developer of the LinguaAI Translation app ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

2. Grant of License

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the Software.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Software.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Software or any features or functionality of the Software to any third party for any reason.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Company if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly acknowledge and agree that the use of the Software is at your sole risk. The Software and related documentation are provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
